IVR system is Horrible. Transfered to voicemail every time. No call backs, cant set up appointment via Text. Aggravating Cycle.
Dr. Gause did surgery on my lower back in 2010. Very successful. This past fall I was experiencing numbness in my fingers and pain in left arm. An MRI confirmed disc problems in my neck and Dr. Gause operated successfully. I will go only to him for my spine problems.
Hard to respect the facility when your time is absolutely not respected when you walk through those doors. Over an hour in the waiting room and hour after my appointment time is insane.
