Interesting the previous poster was fused when their tag line is 'friends don't let friends get fused'. If you have medicare, good for you. You will fit right in with the waiting room people. I couldn't lift my own arms....he told me to go and live with it. Then there was that other thing. Oddly enough I got better insurance coverage, went to get another doctors opinion, and within 3 weeks was being wheeled into surgery. i had a neck fusion from the doc., first one didn't fuse (i'm a light smoker), so he and his staff worked for almost a year (fighting the insurance juggernaught) with no lawyers to get the second fusion. the second is fused now(one year out), and i have started the P.T.. i am very satisfied with his work and i found the staff to most caring and sympathetic. i have recomended this facility to several people now (he has his own surgery center next door, with full qualified staff), and thanks again doc!
