He is very friendly and listens to you and genuinely cares about his patients.
This review covers my initial assessment and subsequent procedure. The assessment: Dr. McKeans and his staff were totally professional, kind, attentive to my needs. Dr. explained (in simple terms) what the problem was and what choices see suggested for treatment. The course of treatment included, caudal epidural injection, evaluation after 3 weeks then a course of physical therapy. Dr McMains was very knowledgeable, he explained in detail without talking down to us, answered all of our questions, gave us referrals, medication and told us what to expect in the next steps in detail. Very much a people person.
