Spine Colorado, Dr. Ryan Martyn, and the entire staff are amazing medical professionals. What is sadly missing is the response to patients who need help following surgery. My wife had a 7-hour plus procedure 1 week ago, and is still understandably in periodic, extreme pain. For 6 hours we have been in a "queue" awaiting a callback for extending a key pain medication prescription. NO callbacks despite numerous attempts and no recourse for another way to contact staff.
