I love that the exercises given have helped me improve overall, allowing me to space out the adjustments. (which are like the best dessert ever...I just melt!) I like that I can tell when my posture is lacking and when I need to adjust myself throughout the day. But mostly I love..love that I have not had a migraine since my first appointment. And well it goes without saying that the staff is amazing! Thank you for improving my quality of life.
As soon as you walk into Spine you know you are going to be well taken care of. Sarah, Jenny and Jesse are a fantastic team and you immediately feel a part of the Spine Family. Jesse has amazing bedside manner and sincerely cares about each of his clients. After being a client of other chiropractic offices in Chico, I would 100% recommend Jesse.
