If you want someone with your best interest at heart you might be better off going elsewhere. This organization is heartless and unhelpful. Dr. Al Tamimi was very unhelpful. He seemed to not review my case. He suggested care identical to prior care that was unsuccessful. When attempting to see a different Dr in his clinic Dr Al Tamimi refused to allow we to see another provider. The staff at the clinic is equally unhelpful. I came here with a 10-year history of back pain and prior imaging showing Modic type 1 changes and an annular fissure. My first physician reviewed my results and recommended PT via voicemail — despite my documented history of PT failure spanning several years. I followed the recommendation. It didn’t work. We have used several doctors, facilities and services at UT Southwestern. Not one time with has many employees has this facility employes has one person been unkind or rude. They also put the patient and family first

HORRIBLE FACILITY. They never called us to inform us of any information regarding an upcoming surgery, and let me just say, it’s not a simple procedure, it’s an extensive surgery.

Dr. Nikesh Patel at UTSW spine clinic was excellent. He listens and is very approachable and attentive.
