Well at first it was ok but never really felt like dr. Forzani listened to me and it was obvious he just skimmed over my medical records cause he never really knew what I had done already. But today I decided to never go back again. I was 10 mins away from his office and being in a car with a broken tail bone hurts so bad and i live about 40 miles away. Excellent for care of Spine and hip pain. Administrative personnel are friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Forzani is working hard to determine the location of my pain. Not there for sure yet, but close. Feel comfortable he will soon resolve it. His demeanor is very personable and calm which puts me at ease. LIke him!!!
My father in law can not speak English well, he was treated horribly by the girls at the front desk. I will be attending his next visit and will file a formal complaint if they cannot control their awful attitudes.
Great people. Very efficient staff. Dr. Forzani is very good at what he does and he always has a pleasant , professional attitude.
We are so happy with the wonderful staff, my Dad felt so comfortable talking to everyone. Ya'll did an amazing job on him. Thank you so much for your service 😊
