My experience was very good. The receptionist is nice respectful. I really like the doctor he seems to know what he's doing and talking about. He explained everything. Show me everything like. I really know what I'm looking at. But he made it simple.
I’ve always had a very good experience at the Spine Center in Columbia
Staff are professional courteous and helpful. Dr Soudan listened to all my concerns and ordered an MRI because of deteriorating prognosis over the past 6 weeks, something that my Orthopedic Surgeon overlooked. I really appreciate that he did that. Downside would be redundant outdated paperwork that needs to be streamlined and made available online only, and not both on paper and online. Long wait time to be seen is another downside. My appointment was at 11:30 AM and I was seen at 1PM.
I love the personable atmosphere of the location and the staff at the Columbia, Md., National Spine and Pain center. Dr. Sudan is the best! Tamika is, a wonderful person who really listens to your problems and help you to get the best care needed in a timely manner!
