I don’t recommend it to any one, I cancelled my appointment when I went there today . The front desk were very rude with me when they handed me pages to sign on their tablet and I just asked them what are these papers say. The lady in the front said I will ask my manager. She left me in the room. She came back to me to force me to sign documents on the tablet that I don’t understand. I came from 2 states away to see Dr Carll and it was so worth it. Based on the word of my local doctors, I was told I would need surgery. After he looked at the tests, he explained the issues and informed me of the nonsurgical options to address my neck issues. Both the doctor and his staff have done a wonderful job in putting me at ease and explaining the situation. It was worth it. Glad I came to see him.
Unfortunately their office continues to seek additional payments after the bill was paid. Twice now. This is deeply unfortunate.
Dr. Carll has rebuilt my spine in two surgeries over the course of five years. Degenerative disc disease and arthritis caused my discs to bulge or collapse altogether and pinch the nerves in my spine causing extreme pain.
