Everyone was so friendly and eager to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Carll takes his time to explain everything and answers any questions you may have. Highly recommend!
The experience with the front desk was excellent , I have booked the appt to see Dr. Carl, when I booked they never said that PA is going to evaluate me . The PA who took my case was explaining me looking at the imaging , never did a physical examination , . The radiology tech was rude , do not have any good customer service . Comprehensive spinal care for my family member. Excellent team, conservative and professional.
I don’t recommend it to any one, I cancelled my appointment when I went there today . The front desk were very rude with me when they handed me pages to sign on their tablet and I just asked them what are these papers say. The lady in the front said I will ask my manager. She left me in the room. She came back to me to force me to sign documents on the tablet that I don’t understand. I called my husband to help me and translate them and I asked her to tell him about the documents. She was very rude and refused to give us any... read more
I came from 2 states away to see Dr Carll and it was so worth it. Based on the word of my local doctors, I was told I would need surgery. After he looked at the tests, he explained the issues and informed me of the nonsurgical options to address my neck issues. Both the doctor and his staff have done a wonderful job in putting me at ease and explaining the situation. It was worth it. Glad I came to see him.
