I must say, Dr. Carll and his team did an amazing job. From care, clarity on what to expect, and will answer any question of concern. Very professional, very knowledgeable about the spine. I had surgery on January 7, 2026 and was up walking and even dancing a little bit. His team took care of me, the pain was not as bad as I thought it be. On a scale from 0 - 10, 10 being the highest. Everyone was so friendly and eager to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Carll takes his time to explain everything and answers any questions you may have. Highly recommend!
The experience with the front desk was excellent , I have booked the appt to see Dr. Carl, when I booked they never said that PA is going to evaluate me . The PA who took my case was explaining me looking at the imaging , never did a physical examination , . The radiology tech was rude , do not have any good customer service . Comprehensive spinal care for my family member. Excellent team, conservative and professional.
I don’t recommend it to any one, I cancelled my appointment when I went there today . The front desk were very rude with me when they handed me pages to sign on their tablet and I just asked them what are these papers say. The lady in the front said I will ask my manager. She left me in the room. She came back to me to force me to sign documents on the tablet that I don’t understand.
