RecommendedI trust Dr. Francis fully! He literally saved my life 3 years ago with a 360 fusion at L4-L5 and just added hardware to fuse L3-L4 and L5-S1. He and his staff are always nice and helpful. Response times with questions or call backs are exceptional! I will always recommend Spine Associates!
The staff was very friendly and kind. The waiting time was not bad considering how many patients he had to see before me. The assistant was very thorough in asking questions. Dr Francis was very thorough with the examination. I still have more test to be done. As of now no final prognosis until after test.
Dr. Francis is an amazing Dr that listens to his patients concerns and doesn't push surgery when it ultimately isn't needed.
#1, I felt heard for once. This team was thorough in questioning and listening, even a good side conversation made me more comfortable. #2, at least he is attempting to find a cause... it gave me hope again.
I like the entire environment from start to finish. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr.Francis and his team of associates.
Dr. Francis is very knowledgeable and always lets you know exactly what he feels you need to have done to help you with your health needs. He is always patient with his patients and their family. He makes sure his patient and their family members know all the information they need about the appointments and he explains his recommendations to everyone. Dr Francis is very professional, has an excellent bedside manner and speaks In an easy to understand manner. The staff is also very professional and friendly.
Dr Francis is extremely nice and explains everything. His staff is on the ball, friendly and extremely Helpful. If you have to have surgery every aspect has it's I dotted and t crossed.
