I got my pre-op testing here and there was a nurse Elena Kuchler that was Soo nice. She explained everything that was going to happen, how I need to prep the night before and also made sure I understood completely. The intake nurse was also amazing! I was nervous because I was late and she made me feel comfortable and calmed me down. Wonderful, wonderful place!
This is for the hospital where I had my surgery, not the actual surgeon's office. A little sloppy with office/patient protocol. I called one time and was told that my doctor didn’t operate there. When I arrived earlier than my checkin time for my surgery, I was told they had moved the time of my surgery back an hour and a half, but hadn’t bothered to let me know in advance. Not a huge deal except we had left the house at 4:00 AM to get there in time. Would’ve been nice to leave an hour and a half later. The program they have... read more
