Despite being poked and the surgery, I had a wonderful time here! Everybody was super nice and informative. They cared for me and truly wanted me to be comfortable and informed. I will have absolutely no issues coming back here. Wonderful place, WONDERFUL people! Thank you Skyridge Spine for truly caring about me and would recommend this facility to everyone! A little sloppy with office/patient protocol. I called one time and was told that my doctor didn’t operate there. When I arrived earlier than my checkin time for my surgery, I was told they had moved the time of my surgery back an hour and a half, but hadn’t bothered to let me know in advance. Not a huge deal except we had left the house at 4:00 AM to get there in time. Would’ve been nice to leave an hour and a half later. The program they have for giving family updates wasn’t working properly. My husband got a notice that I... read more
First time visitor to the spine and total joint center. From start to finish was an amazing experience, everyone was kind and compassionate, caring, and willing to please! The check-in staff was kind courteous and fast! Preop nurse Lynn was a joy and took very good care of me. Liaison Louise was full of light and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taking care of, she even added my wife’s phone to the Wi-Fi and text information for my updates!
