Been with Dr.Munton and Vince Viola since 2002. For chronic back pain and a rare back disease that is incurable. They have treated me with so much care and respect they are like family. Even when I needed to make payment arrangements they were very accommodating. They care about your total health.
Very frustrating. I was referred for physical therapy and this was my first time having to do anything like this. I told the receptionist that I was unfamiliar with the process and she was very vague about the whole scheduling thing. When I went for my first appointment she forgot to check me in for 30 minutes! I had to be there early and it's a 40 minute drive for me because I live out of town. I went to Texas Sport & Spine due to shoulder issues that turned into Frozen Shoulder. Dr. Johnson took a conservative approach and sent me to D1 Sports Therapy located in the same building (vs pushing surgery). I understand the P.T.. group is now transferring to a different company/name but will be in the same location. Very accommodating when I am seen, Kellie, Vince, the surgery prep team and Dr. Munton are very compassionate about what they do and it shows ♡ I would recommend any friend or family member to be seen here
