I love my spin classes. But my experience of today visit of Thornhill location of very respected franchise SPINCO was beyond frustrating and aggravating. Class which was supposed to start at 7 30 pm was delayed without any explanation for twenty minutes. Then eventually when I entered the room I realised there is no towels. None. And that explained why washrooms were completely filled up with paper towels all over the floor. It was disgusting look to say the least. Incredible fairy, hard-working, and quite good, especially near the promenade mall
Sami is absolutely fantastic. Such a fun instructor and keeps the energy high for her team of riders. A great motivator for someone like me who is picking myself up after a life obstacle. Her energy and vibes create such a safe space and enjoyable rides. Thank you so much Sami Sogand is an INCREDIBLE instructor also. She has the best music, the most incredible energy, and her classes have become part of my weekly routine. Sogand, YOU ARE AMAZING 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Ella was not helpful during my first spin class. As a beginner, I felt ignored while she spent most of the time laughing and chatting with what seemed to be her friends instead of offering help or support. This left me feeling unwelcome and discouraged from returning.
