Dr. Anderson seemed nice. His team and processes are geared toward volume/units, rather than people/ailments. In a very short period of time I witnesses two critical errors with billing insurance carriers. Each of these were due to substandard processes and poor attention to detail. Both could of been avoided. The team didn't care to resolve these problems but rather blame the insurance carriers for always moving the goal posts. The theme of the team was "so what, NEXT...." You're just a number!
