I had extreme tightness in my neck, shoulders and along my spine. I went 5 days a week for a year and my body completely transformed. I have much more range of motion in my neck, my posture now in my mid 50's is better than it was in my 20's. I can't recommend Anthony Gambale more highly.
**Big folks beware** I went to Dr. Gambale seeking help for back pain and mobility issues. He never even asked about my work history( previously a processing clerk at the post office) or pertinent issues that have been affecting my health. When I mentioned seeing multiple doctors currently, he asked me, "You know what's causing all these issues, right?" He was alluding to my weight.
