Wonderful experience buying a bike with Kyle and Aaron and the rest of the staff. Could not ask for better customer service or informed insight than what I received before deciding on my final purchase of a giant propel advanced. Kyle was patient with me as I decided between two different models. He was willing to work with me to change out some parts so I could get the frame I wanted with the components I desired.
