RecommendedSpin City is awesome I took my bike in for new tires/tubes on Thursday afternoon and they had it ready Friday morning!! They even as a courtesy took care of my rear brake lever that wasn’t working right. They were all so friendly and helpful and not there to just take your money unnecessarily.
Rip off. Better to go to Decatur Bicycle Shop. I went in with a bent front tire rim. I handed it to the guy and he hit the concrete floor with it one time and charged me $18. It literally took him 2 seconds. His justification was it took him 20 years to learn that. Well, I just learned it in 2 seconds or less. I could easily have done the same thing. No tools required. When you advertise an item on Ebay, you should live up to your responsibility. I purchased an item that was not shipped in the time frame advertised and I asked for a refund on just the shipping. Your store admitted in an email that you neglected your responsibility and your response was to cancel the sale. Extremely poor customer service.

Finished my first Prairie Pedal....wouldn’t have been possible without Spin City!!!! Just started cycling, went in with no knowledge on where to begin....they asked questions, measured me and ordered the perfect cycle!!!! I’ve been in several times to have it serviced and with a smile they have ALWAYS done what was needed......would highly recommend and will be forever grateful for their professionalism and knowledge!!!!!
The experience at this shop was far more comfortable and educational than where I bought my Journeyman some months ago. Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Aron was great and helped my wife get comfortable and positioned correctly on her new Journeyman. I was so impressed with his help and with the rest of the staff that I bought a second bike (a Giant MTB) the day we picked up her Journeyman.
