It was great.
Didn't get the Edge, they told us our title had an odometer tagged title we went aware of. They were very helpful in getting us information for getting the title corrected. I'll be watching the site for another Edge in the future. We missed a great deal on this car.

The dealer did respond and asked me to go in for a test drive. I had a good interaction with Mr. Carlos De Leon, Salesman, who did a great job of helping me. However, we didn’t like the car and they didn’t have anything else that we liked.
Got another form letter from manager. Salesman tried to contact me by phone, but I haven't given them my phone number! Follow-up email was answered by reiterating what was in the ad and sales talk. Still don't have answers to my questions.

Took several days to figure out the best time to go in to the dealership but finally got the truck I wanted!
They called me back and told me that particular truck was sold. They told me they would continue to look for a similar truck but haven’t heard back from them.
Bait and switch method. One salesman calls me that the Tahoe is here.. ready for test drive. I begin to drive 45 miles to dealership only to be called and told Tahoe just sold. Tried to sell me another Tahoe more expensive. One hour later.... .salesman calls and says... Tahoe found on another lot.
