Your Spanish speaking older female that somewhat works at The Jefferson Apartments downtown Detroit is very rude. She does a terrible job in cleaning, and when the residents points something out to her, she speaks back in an aggressive Spanish tone, and does nothing to correct the problem. She left the lobby floor soaking wet on Christmas Eve, during heavy traffic, where someone, like the seniors in the building could've easily slipped.
