I arrived at Spiffy around 9:00 am today trying to get a full service car wash. We were stopped by an employee at the pay machine and told they would not be offering full service today because there was only 2 people and it was raining. It is not raining and there were no other cars at this location so it was clear they didn’t want to do the work. You advertise that you are the ONLY full service wash in Tuscaloosa but you aren’t even full service unless your employees feel like it? This is very disappointing.
RecommendedSuch a great, honest car wash. I lost my favorite ring months ago and couldn’t find it anywhere so I ended up buying another. Well Spiffy’s found it for me and put it in my cup holder! They had no idea it was a lost ring or that it meant so much to me. Love this place and the people that work here. Highly recommend

So went by and had my car wash yesterday 10/14/20 just got the $7 wash. When I got out to check the car it was half washed. I ask the manager if he would re-wash the car he said no "that I only got the $7 wash and I didn't get any of the special soaps that would clean my car". I didn't know they had "specials soaps for that"
Soooooo disappointed in the service I received yesterday. The boys were very nice, but very lazy. My seats were NOT vacuumed and there was still trash in between my seats and dirt/grass on my floorboards & mats. They didn’t wipe out my cup holders or the side compartments of my doors. I came home and finished the job myself. Waste of $30

I went in today for a car wash and was extremely impressed with the friendly staff! Brad met me at the kiosk asking how he could help. I’m currently a member elsewhere and will be swapping to spiffy after the great experience I’ve received from the helpful and friendly staff here! :)

This place is awesome! I always get my car washed here and I never lift a finger. The guys always does an awesome job with detailing for just a few extra bucks!
Thank you Brad and crew, we were those slappies that arrived 4 minutes before closing, but still y'all provided us with excellent service! Spiffy's is my official carwash place!!
I appreciate this place so much. I wish they would open a second location in Northport.
