I am a current resident at 520 E Bellevue Apartments. Unfortunately, my experience with the building manager, Ada Magana, has been very disappointing. She has consistently demonstrated unprofessional and dismissive behavior and has refused to address ongoing tenant concerns. Despite multiple attempts to communicate and resolve the issues, there has been little to no action taken. It’s frustrating to see a lack of accountability and care for residents’ well-being.
Rats!!!! There are tons of rats that scurry around the complex and in the units owned by Spieker. This has been going on for months now without resolution and without even notifying the tenants. This company has no regard for tenants. After signing our lease which included a garage spot, they are now kicking us out of the spot with little notice in order to build new units, so I have to find a new place for my car and deal with the insurance change. Living at a spieker company's apartment complex, (2217 Los Padres Blvd) was easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Jessica, the current landlord is unprofessional, dismissive, and will outright lie to push her own narrative rather than help with real issues. Communication is terrible, and most concerns are ignored completely. The property itself is poorly maintained and chaotic. Parking is a constant nightmare, if you have more than one car, good luck.
