Since Spieker took over Cherryhill Apartments, everything has gone downhill. It's getting worse every day. The manager and office staff do nothing but create problems for tenants, inventing excuses to harass us. For example, I received a late rent notice when I had already paid my rent on the first of November, handing the check directly to one of the staff members. Terrible Living Experience and Ongoing Noise Issues at Cherryhill Apartments There is no 0 star, I would give 0. I moved into Cherryhill Apartments on a short-term lease starting on 09/30, and I haven't had a single peaceful night since. The issues began immediately, starting with my assigned parking space being occupied on the first day, with no actual emergency solution provided.
