Kathryn, Mark, and Kristin Spiegel are slumlords. I am a school teacher and have been renting a duplex built in the 1980's from the Spiegels in Midlothian, TX. The entire time I have lived here I have been dealing with a rat infestation problem. The Spiegels have known about this issue for years and refuse to correct the issues and replace rotten siding, facia, and flooring allowing rodents to enter the home.
