RecommendedI’ll always recommend this place because they have been awesome for years. However, the last three times I’ve ordered I’ve gotten the Soco sandwich and the bun was burnt and it ruins the best sandwich around with that simple mistake. Would love to see that corrected as a regular. Other than that they are great.
Server screwed up order. She put more expensive items on my tab. It’s okay. Accidents happen. But then they would not refund me the difference. I paid for food I did not receive. 2 of the employees were rude when I tried to return the items I did not order.
My husband stopped on his way home to grab dinner. A pork speidie sun and a chicken spiedie sandwich with a small onion ring. He was given a pager and waited 1/2 hour. When he still hadn’t been called he returned to the counter and asked what was taking so long. They had forgotten to set the pager up. No apology no nothing. This service there is horrible. We will not go there again and make the trip to Endwell for real service.
I called the restaurant 20 times tonight. No answer or phone was busy. Chloe at the register told me they don’t answer the phone if they r busy. Awful customer service and this is not the first time with the phone issue.
Workers were rude, tables were filthy and when I had asked for something to clean and sanitize the tables with I was handed a paper towel that was sprayed down with water.
Stopped in today after an appointment- had to make the hour drive worthwhile and was too excited they were back! Friendly and convenient! Kudos to everyone working here for the time they put into making sure everything was done properly as far as sanitation and distancing efforts while still maintaining efficient service! It’s hard getting back into the swing of things after what our communities have been through. The food is a no-brainer here of course! YUMMY!
I ordered a Ciabatta Bing after reading good reviews. It was inedible. It was a burnt chunk of pork. Whether it had spinach on it or not, I couldn't tell. I agree with other review, seems like the quality has gone downhill. Disappointing! Also could not get through on the phone to report the issue...
By the time my spiedi came out (which was late), it was a soggy mess. When we complained we were told if you dont like it don't come back. Won't be back!
quality of food has become poor... cant get through on the phone. even when I do you dont start my food till I show up. seems you got a little too big for your britches. you are losing your loyal customers
