My Grandmother needed cameras to see if anyone was at XThe front door. The guy Enrique was super nice he knew what he was talking about. Plus, he made the installation look good.

Stay away from this company, it is a scam!! After installation our equipment stopped working right after as did the recording device, and the access to view (basically the entire reason you need this system in the first place). It was absolutely impossible to get any of them on the phone, we were told via text by the owner that we would get a call back; that didn't happen. Charge me 1980.00 for camera system DVR no disc so it does not record 1 camera infra red stop working.Henry avoids my calls and does not return them Tito his helper same says he known Henry Tarrio for 20years and will make good on his work.Yea wishfull thinking.I am setting an appointment with my attorney if he refuses to make good on his work.

SPIE INC IS A SCAMMMMM!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! THEY ARE NOT LICENSED, THEY ARE NOT CERTIFIED, AND THEY USE CHEAP QUALITY EQUIPMENT. THEY RIPPED ME OFF! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! THEY USE DIFFERENT NUMBERS AND FAKE NAMES. LAZARO, HENRY, and JOSE. THE NEXT DAY AFTER THE INSTALLATION THE WHOLE SYSTEM DIED ON ME. THEY SAID 3 YEAR WARRANTY AND HAVE NOT ANSWERED THEIR PHONES. REPORT THEM!!
