So I’m kind of upset with the customer service from this place. I was very excited because I read nothing but good reviews. So today was when I was scheduled to have the exterior of the home. I am at work and I told them numerous times yesterday to call me when they would be out so I could let my girlfriend know, who would be home to not let the dogs out and kind of show the guy where there are spots we are worried about and they did not give me a set time. They do a great job, but they will blow your phone up until you book an appointment with them! Really obnoxious. I’ll call you guys when I’m ready for your services! When they come out to do an application, it lasts for a long time! No need to do 4 or more applications as recommended. I usually only do 1 per year and it works great!

So this is an FYI message for those of you that use The Spider Control people. We have used them for years. However, they sprayed our house on August 22. Today 10 Days later I called to complain because we still have spiders at the house. The lady I spoke to told me they would only come and re-spray the house if we had a four times a year plan with them. So basically I took my $65 and burned it up and threw it in the Canal. I am so not happy about their services this year. Buyer Beware.... because 10 days for $65.00 sucks.
I’m a new customer to Spider control. So new, I’ve only had one treatment and have already seen those lil hellions curling up and dying. I’m eager to see the progress after more applications and the continued use of Spider control. I’ve used home insect sprays and they do an okay job.
