The staff forces to give a specific amount of 18% money for tips. They made us give more % of money for tips. The food quality was not even very good.

We were charged a total bill of $162, and the staff immediately demanded an 18% tip before we even had a chance to calculate it ourselves. Instead of allowing us to decide the amount, they asked my husband a $30 cash tip, which is even more than 18%. This was extremely unprofessional and made us feel pressured and taken advantage of. A tip is supposed to be voluntary and based on the quality of service, not something that is demanded or added without giving customers a fair opportunity to review the bill.
