Poor billing practices . I completely agree with many of the negative reviews regarding their billing practices . They make it very hard on refunding your money. I have met all my out of pocket expenses with my insurance and they still charged me. I requested my refund weeks ago and I was told it would take 10 days but haven’t received it yet . I had an excellent experience at Spicewood Surgery Center. The facility was incredibly clean, organized, and professional. The entire process from check-in to discharge was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend! Thank you Dr. Fay and Renée!
Great staff! Timely. My husband received the support that he needed. This rating is for the facility in staff only NOT the billing administration. I received a bill and don't understand it and have called every day for a week.And cannot get anyone to call me back. I even sent a letter and have not heard anything. They billed us and actually owe us a refund on the deductible we paid. Who's in charge, and how can you get help?
