Professional care and service. Dr. Fay has been excellent. Staff equally helpful and professional.
The facility and staff itself is great. My biggest complaint comes with their billing department. As of today they owe me $620, because they billed me first rather than my insurance (I have an HRA account that had money in it, they should have billed that) DESPITE having a three way call with their billing department and my insurance company, where the billing person stated they shouldn't be billing me.. they still continue to bill me.
