Professional care and service. Dr. Fay has been excellent. Staff equally helpful and professional.
The facility and staff itself is great. My biggest complaint comes with their billing department. As of today they owe me $620, because they billed me first rather than my insurance (I have an HRA account that had money in it, they should have billed that) DESPITE having a three way call with their billing department and my insurance company, where the billing person stated they shouldn't be billing me.. they still continue to bill me. Their management, staff, and anesthesiologist should be ashamed of their behavior today. While I'm having a disagreement with the management regarding their policy against veterans having service dogs with them and the ADA, on the way back to the bay, their anesthesiologist started making comments towards me but stopped when I tried to say something in return and explain myself. And when I ask for their policy in writing, their director (that's what he said he was) got all pissy that I even asked for it, like I was a bother ... read more
