Tried SSAH for the first time on Friday. My sweet kitty was diagonosed with a UTI. Due to the coronavirus crisis, I had to do everything from my car in the parking lot. Dr Crawford spoke to my by phone. She and her staff were kind, professional, and efficient even in these unusual circumstances. I felt very comforted by everyone who helped us! I would highly recommend this vet clinic, and would not hesitate to go to them again.
The entire staff at Spicewood Springs is warm and welcoming. This makes our visits with a kitty who is never very happy to visit the vet a little less stressful.

All the doctors are excellent and personable. The staff members are always helpful, warm, competent, and caring. Hands down, the best place I’ve taken my cats in 40+ years living in Austin.
They have been outstanding. My sweet girl has been going through her heart worm treatments here and they have been so helpful. They call just to check on her and all in all genuinely show they care about her well being. They also will sit down and answer every question you may have and don’t just push you out the door.
They love our pup like we do, which makes this our go-to for boarding and vet services.
