Used them for an corporate event and they were 10/10. Food was delicious, portion sizes were big, and as an event planner running around on the day of an event, I didn't have to worry about them for a second.
We had a HS graduation celebration on Memorial Day 2026 with about 100 people. We went with the BBQ package, which included a choice of 3 meats (hamburgers, pulled pork and pulled chicken) as well as mac & cheese (a big big hit!) and greens, grean beans, baked beans, and we added chicken wings (presuming students would want this more) and a fruit and veggie crudites platter.
