Best doctor in the Plano/Frisco area!
Bad experience overall. The doctor who the practice claims is supposed to be working there isn't there. They have alternate folks to do your checking and handing out prescriptions. They gave me prescriptions in combinations like driving\reading and computer glasses all smushed up. When I really wanted to do was recheck my vision for reading glasses. Dr. El-Hag is diligent and has excellent bedside manners. She conducts thorough eye exams and her explanations are detailed. She really cares about her patients. Her staff are professional and friendly. Great experience with Sphinx Eye Care. Highly recommend!
Morgan was exceptional. I’ve been to 4 different retailer locations (sams, Costco, etc) and they all gave me the same issue - aberrations in the side of the lens. Nobody even knew what “aberrations” meant. After a year of pain, I found this place and I feel like for once the expert was the expert. Morgan is very knowledgable. She fixed the issue with a different lens material, and now I can finally see. Would recommend this place if you actually care about visual quality.
