CSM Nothing has changed at the Tallahassee office in all the years. I am aware of candidates my company previously used and friends who personally worked with this company. The team is very unprofessional and is negligent in calling back candidates. To the point that it was better to call a candidate directly if you wanted them to work for the day. And in the case of a friend who called and emailed weekly, for assignments, she was forced to file for unemployment because they never called back. And then Spherion disputed the ... read more

A resource for job seekers Spherion is a staffing and recruiting firm located near Capital Regional Hospital. I recently went there to see if they had any placements available in my field. The woman was very nice and helped me fill out their applications, do the basic typing/computer skills test, and conducted an informal interview. After which, she said she would call me when she had something. She never called back, and I assumed that they had no listings for my field.
