Great personalized gym with fantastic trainers. Using weights properly has always been my challenge. The trainers here allow you to become both comfortable using them as well as guide you to your best potential!
Highly recommend this gym to others! It’s great for beginners as well as athletes that used to train all the time. The trainers and community can’t be beat!
I have tried home workouts and big box gyms, and nothing has motivated me as much as Sphere has, since I joined 7 months ago. I highly recommend taking the three free classes. There, you will experience Karen, Michael, and/or Jonathan’s dedication to you and their clients, whether they have been attending for two weeks or two years, and a community of members who love their gym and enjoy encouraging each other.
