We have not been able to watch our TV since last Thursday. It is the biggest screwed up mess ever. Sphere has been here 3 times and it is worse now than when they first came. They came back and kept working on the issue and finally got the problem which was complex resolved. I previously rated the a 1 but now I would like to change that to a 5. They satisfied all of my concerns.

Marcus at Sphere has been a pleasure to work with on multiple projects for us. He is patient and thorough to make sure we are getting what we need and that everything is working properly.
Big shout out to Sphere technology!!! The only people I would use for home technology!! Marcus is always available for questions and assistance!!! This is not my first rodeo; they are the best!!
