We have not been able to watch our TV since last Thursday. It is the biggest screwed up mess ever. Sphere has been here 3 times and it is worse now than when they first came.
Marcus at Sphere has been a pleasure to work with on multiple projects for us. He is patient and thorough to make sure we are getting what we need and that everything is working properly.
Big shout out to Sphere technology!!! The only people I would use for home technology!! Marcus is always available for questions and assistance!!! This is not my first rodeo; they are the best!!
December 21, 2023 Kyle Godwin was our programmer. He spent over eight hours working on the install and programming. He never took a break except to go to the restroom. I offered him a sandwich for lunch which he declined and worked right on. As a retired teacher of 36 years, I was amazed at his incredible focus and concentration. He ran in to numerous problems with three pieces of equipment that were defective and had to be returned and new ones reprogramed. I was amazed at his patience and persistence.
