Our visit was great! Dr. Skrdla did a great job diagnosing our daughter's eye problems and explaining them to her in a way we could all understand. So incredibly helpful! He and his staff are friendly, personable and patient while we tried on lots of frames. Highly recommended for the whole family!

VERY disappointed that after being a patient here for several years (my entire family) that they were unwilling to help me submit a claim to my insurance. It was my mistake, and my insurance company told me the only way to fix it was with the help of the dr. Well, they decided not to help. Looking for a new eye doctor. :/
Wonderful experience. I brought a 4 year old, a nearly 3 year old (who has Sensory Processing Disorder), and a nearly 1 year old in for appointments. The staff was absolutely FANTASIC with them. Everyone was very patient with my 3 year old who was having a little bit of a rough time with the extra things going on. He was even willing to join my son on sitting on the floor. Great doc, friendly staff, big in-store selection.
Dr Skrdla and his staff are absolutely the best. They're all super friendly and helpful, not to mention very thorough. Scheduling my appointment was a breeze, too. In my opinion, you can not find a better eye care provider than the folks at Spex Optical. I'll be a patient for as long as Dr Skrdla is practicing in Fort Collins.
