I had a local business install 2 of these motorized Spettmann awnings. The invoice did not mention the brand, even after multiple requests by me. Make sure you get a DETAILED invoice! Installation was good but the wind vibration sensors do not work. I quit using the installation company after their repeated efforts to fix. Spettmann will not help you with tech support or purchasing any replacement sensors. Stay away from Spettmann if you ever need anything from them as they will only deal with the dealer.
