Truly the worst maintenance experience of my entire life. Every time something would go wrong, I would submit a ticket online to be completely ignored. I would need to call the office after submitting the ticket to get them to do a damn thing. At that point it would still be at least a week before anybody would even set foot on the property. Ive been here over a year unfortunately and during my time here it has not been the best. I moved in my floor was leaking every time it would rain it took them almost 3 months to fix. I woke up one morning to huge worm on my bedroom floor because there’s a gap of 2 3 inches from the ground to my base board … oh none of the numbers they have work btw so yeah good luck
