This company is all about the money. Manager Tara and her assistance Cheryl cannot provide receipts what they have been done to the plaza. Just ask to pay more.

Not a great experience with this company (their Phoenix office) from a renters standpoint. They seem to care more about money than listening to their tenants concerns. When I moved in, our floors were very outdated and it had mold in some of the cracks in the floor. Since then, it’s gotten worse and no response from management. It’s like the floor is sinking in in some areas. Still haven’t addressed my front door needing work done to close and lock properly. A racist work industry discriminated me agaisnt getting a lease based on my name and latino/hispanic background, Karen Fish was the one that treated me that way. She would only favor the only “white american” man name Patrick Blake compared to the rest of the hispanic or black tenants.
