I am writing to formally address a troubling incident of alleged discrimination that occurred during my lease application process. This company is all about the money. Manager Tara and her assistance Cheryl cannot provide receipts what they have been done to the plaza. Just ask to pay more.
Not a great experience with this company (their Phoenix office) from a renters standpoint. They seem to care more about money than listening to their tenants concerns. When I moved in, our floors were very outdated and it had mold in some of the cracks in the floor. Since then, it’s gotten worse and no response from management. A racist work industry discriminated me agaisnt getting a lease based on my name and latino/hispanic background, Karen Fish was the one that treated me that way. She would only favor the only “white american” man name Patrick Blake compared to the rest of the hispanic or black tenants.
We have had several issues with our building that have been neglected. This company will talk the big game before you sign your lease however after that. You are on your own be prepared to conduct your own repairs and maintenance on a building you do not own because they do not plan on taking accountability or action in a timely manner.
