I’ve recommended Hampton Family Practice to many friends and family members over the years. However, recent events have me looking for another practice. I’ve had some health concerns with my baby and have been unsuccessful gaining the attention of the staff to help us navigate these health concerns. Adding to the stress, wait times have been anywhere from 15 minutes to over an hour as of recent with no apologies. That’s difficult with little kids. That’s not so family friendly. I’ve had to wait over an hour to be seen at my last two appointments that were made weeks in advance. When I asked the front desk about an estimated time to be called back I was told that I scheduled my appointment at a “busy time” and “should expect delays”. If this is a common problem appointments should be scheduled better. I’ve been coming here for several years, but simply don’t have two hours to waste on simple visits anymore.
