Ive been going here for a while and Ive seen a lot of changes over the years but recently things just feel so much better. Most of the staff is new which is a really good thing. I can tell they actually care about me and its not just a job for them. There for a while they had me talking to people on a computer which yeh that did kinda suck not to be able to talk to someone in person, but now they have people in person that I get to talk to. As a new patient, I will never go back to this clinic after the way I was treated. I have never felt that way in my life. By the way, the providers are only telehealth. You literally go in and talk to someone through an iPad only. What kind of treatment is that? Here are some of the strengths of a specific physician at this clinic (without mentioning names). I think it’s important to note upfront that I rarely leave reviews, so when I do, I want to help others make a good and reasonable decision. My opinion has drastically changed recently. I have waited over an hour before to be seen by a provider. Apparently, at this location, it is all telehealth at this point. You won’t even talk with a provider in person.
