I have called this place for daysssss in a row for a family member I was 2 nd in line yesterday on hold for over a hour called 3 times left a voicemail yest to be returned I’ve called since opening today and yet left another voicemail they came highly recommended but is yet a great disappointment so far it looks like they aren’t serious about helping our community they are they for a paycheck if anything changes I will fix this review
They are absolutely amazing here and I have never felt more comfortable with any doctors like I do with the ones here including the whole staff I recommend them to everyone I know that needs help they have helped me reach many many goals of mine and if it wasn't for them I would not have got as far as I have today they are absolutely amazing I really love everyone here!!!!
I am from the Muncie Indiana office and u just wanted to recommend these services to anyone who feels lost or hopeless..they're here for you through it all and never made me feel less than or judged...my all time favorite is Diana she's reached out n some of my darkest hours n lemme know they're still here routing me on n I can through perseverance and different mind set accomplish anything I set my mind to..THANK YOU SPERO
This place is an absolute joke.. they have messed with my fiance of her sobriety instead of helping her.. give her the monthly shot and then next month reschedule because they haven't got the shot in yet.. then put her back on pills which is why she was trying to get off of. Reschedule appointment after appointment. Last minute. After she take the day off work. This place is so unorganized.
Love this place! The workers are awesome! They are caring, polite, understand bad days, and try to work with you and also your schedule. They treat you with respect here!
