I have lived as a tenant to Spengler properties for several years. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a renter. Communication with the man who goes by Skip is extremely unpleasant. He is shady and will do anything he can to get out of doing landlord duties. I am currently searching for a lawyer so that I can get legal advice as I KNOW he is breaking CA Landlord-Tenant laws constantly. Great Landlord. We love our place. The family that lived here before us.they were tenants here for 20 years. So that says something.
