I love Spenga! Throughout my life I have never been one to work out consistently. However, that has changed since I joined Spenga in March 2022. The owners, instructors and front desk staff are all wonderful and welcoming. They all genuinely care about people and their overall wellbeing - not just their physical fitness. Great combo of cardio, weights and stretching with specialized sessions available. Instructors can help you modify the workout based on where you are at or to work around injuries. Full disclosure, I’m a member and my wife is an instructor.
We loved Kai at SPENGA, made class so welcoming and fun
I love this format of spin, strength, yoga. Also classes that focus more on one of the pillars. I go twice a week and look forward. Also so much community
Never left a Google review but after this experience I had to. They absolutely refused to allow me to cancel and charged me the full $170 three times after I told them I’m quitting and signed the papers. I had to delete my credit card and even after that they called me to get updated info.
