I love Spenga! Throughout my life I have never been one to work out consistently. However, that has changed since I joined Spenga in March 2022. The owners, instructors and front desk staff are all wonderful and welcoming. They all genuinely care about people and their overall wellbeing - not just their physical fitness. I have been showing up for a year now. I like that they have classes that don't have the spin portion. It gives me more time for weight lifting or stretching. Their moto of you vs you in a group atmosphere makes me comfortable. I do not feel like I have to keep up with others and can fully focus on my goals.

First time attending a SPENGA class and it did not disappoint! 20 min each of spinning, strength training and yoga. Fast paced but catered to variety of ability levels. The instructor, Kai was very inviting and explained everything about the spin bike to ease any nerves. She’s very motivating and encouraging throughout the class. Thanks again! ◡̈
