I have never personally been to a class here but my wife has been a member for over two years. She absolutely loves it, but forgot that their cancelation policy requires 30 days notice. We are moving out of the state and were busy selling and buying a home so she forgot to cancel. Now she will pay $79.99 for 4 passes she will never get to use…
There are several TVs that display the exercises, so even if you miss instructions, you can still follow along easily. If you’re thinking about trying a class, I’d definitely recommend Tara’s class. She’s always full of energy, and you can’t go wrong with her!
I've been going to West Chester Spenga for 5 years and LOVE it! I'm a mom who felt like I never had enough time/energy/motivation to stick to a work out routine. Spenga changed everything! Busy moms (and dads), this is the gym for you! High energy instructors with a simple, but effective format. One hour sessions with 20 minutes each of cardio, strength, and yoga. No decision making or trying to figure out what to do or how to use the equipment. Every workout is different and the community is incredibly supportive. Definitely check out SPENGA West Chester!
