Spenga is a fantastic workout! Just enough of what we need to break a sweat- 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of strength work and then 20 minutes of yoga…ahhhhh. I feel stronger with every session.

Great exercise program at a very clean state of the arts facility. The instructors are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Went for a team building event and allowed people of various skills participate. The transition was a little more op fast for me. Can not wait to go back again.
