Ashley was awesome!!!
I showed up at the class today and was told to skip the cycle portion since I need to be there 30min prior as a new user. I know the bike set up and the technology, but they still won't let me join. Lack of common sense, and lack of customer service skills. terrible!
The facility is clean. Instructor and the receptionist are very helpful and clear on all the information that I need to know.
My first experience was fantastic. Ashley showed a lot of enthusiasm & motivated her students to push through her class.
