SPENGA is the perfect combination of cardio, strength training, and flexibility. Every class is different and the 20 minute rotations keep my attention.
First class was awesome! Instructor (Clara) was great and I loved the switch between the different types of workouts.
Really enjoy classes here! Good, early times everyday that work with my schedule. Owner and trainers are great and super welcoming. The app is fun to track your progress. Whoop!
