SPENGA is a great work out! I have bad knees/foot issues so I appreciate getting the cardio from cycling that I can do comfortably but still works out my core and legs, then getting guided free weight strength training that you can do at your own weight needs on top of the cardio is great. I never stretch that great after a workout either, so ending with Yoga each time helps me get that stretch focus in before heading home for the day. I drove by SPENGA Waukee a few times after moving to the area without really knowing what it was, a really unique fitness studio, and I’m so glad my curiosity finally got the best of me!
