Service was excellent, timely, and rims and Calipers came out great.
I've known Spencer for a long time, and he has always been an absolute professional. From caliper painting, to refinishing and powdercoating wheels, he makes sure every step is taken care to ensure fantastic results. Wow I could not have asked for a better experience dealing with Spence Tires. As a woman I do not like dealing with car stuff cause i do not know enough about them. The mechanics at spence made it easy, their service is immaculate and they always make sure to take care of you. Will most certainly return again. Have not ever had a bad experience there.
Called Spence looking for a last minute purchase of snow tires, wanting them for my son’s car before he headed out to Kingston the following day. Spence was amazing. They sourced the tires and had them picked up within an hour of my call and was able to set me up with an appointment to have them installed within two hours of my call. What incredible customer service. Will definitely return.
