When having an appliance installed the individual from Spencers tracked oil on the sidewalk and patio area. I took pictures and immediately notified them. We had a microwave installed and after the individual left we noticed oil drips from the street to our front door. I immediately notified Spencers and asked for them to address this problem. We just experienced a rather miserable ordeal with the Spencers Gilbert store, they did not meet our expectations of customer service. We don’t plan on coming back, bur Spencers has not reached out to us to offer an apology. We purchased a top-of-the-line GE Profile washer & dryer on September 12th. Here is what transpired: Day 1 - 9/13/23 Installers showed up at the designated time and brought in the washer & pedestals. They have a good inventory and prices are competitive. --No delivery window--have to wait for a text between 7-9 AM on the day oof delivery in order to find out when during the ENTIRE day they will arrive. --Installation doesn't always include the entire job--got a new replacement microwave. Installer didn't secure the vent back on the wall. Had to once again do the "between 7-9 AM text dance" to find out when during the ENTIRE day again, someone was coming out. Completely agree w/David H. They take your money, then don't deliver the product. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Spencer’s is more than happy to take your hard earned money but they can’t deliver the product. They blame the supply chain but are completely dishonest. AVOID at all costs.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. Purchased a dishwasher in May and on Aug 12th it was finally delivered. Was given a date for delivery in June and waited at home patently for the delivery. Around 5pm I finally called and asked where it was and was told it was delayed. Took off work to be home and no call ahead of time warning me it would be delayed. In July we went on vacation and got a call from a delivery driver stating our dishwasher was here. We got our refrigerator from Spencer's on Jan. 18, 2021. Within a few days the ice maker did not work correctly. I called them and they said they would send a service guy out today (the 10th)but they would call between 7:30 and 9:00. Nobody called and nobody showed up. I called Spencer's and left a message. Nobody called me back so I called them AGAIN. She asked me if were were closer to Florence, AZ or Queen Creek! They friggin had my address! Don't they know how to use GPS?!!
