Best place I found in east Texas for neutering 2 large dogs. LaNee was particularly helpful to us and we really appreciate her going the extra mile for us.
Tried to get in to administer shots for a 9 week old puppy. They could not see us for 2 months and the representative answering the phone was inflexible in attempting to try to find any appointment prior to that because we were 'new customers.' I hope their existing customers receive better service and this interaction led me to seek another veterinary clinic.
LET THIS BE A WARNING! We took our dog to Spencer on Monday, November 10th; today, Tuesday, November 11th we are arranging her cremation. We alerted the clinic that only 30 minutes from leaving their facility she passed, but of course they simply cited her age and heart condition as reason. There were a couple of "We're so sorry", but that credit card charge is still pending. It hasn't been canceled, because services were rendered. Nothing matters but the money.
