Very nice, friendly staff. Very attentive to the patient (my little 7yr old Maltese) Direct and honest communications. I would recommend them.
Great people that understand your needs, and takes care of it
Dr. Spencer and his staff are phenomenal. I’m originally from the Houston area, and Spencer is the best veterinarian I’ve ever had. When I had to put down my old rescued poodle, he and his staff were so caring. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Spencer and ALL the people who work with him.
We just brought our dog in for an exam after the vet overdosed her with the prescriptions he gave her and they scheduled her for a euthanasia without telling us. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AN EXAM. THAT'S WHAT WAS SCHEDULED. If we didn't call them before going into the office they would have murdered our baby without a warning. These people don't deserve the praise they've backed up with the community anymore. They need to be investigated at this point and lawsuits need to be pressed.
