As pediatric dentists, our 2-3 years of additional training after dental school has prepared us for the unique dental needs of each child we serve. My son had horrible experiences with a previous dentist. We moved to Lee’s summit and I thank god we did. Jodi Spencer is great with him and is understanding and patient. She genuinely cares for her patients and listens. The office staff is also very kind and helpful. I could not be happier with Spencer & Spencer pediatric Dentistry. They have by far exceeded my expectations!!

Was referred here by our regular dentist. Told them my 4 year old son was in pain and they said they couldn’t get him in for 2 months. When I asked them if it was okay for him to wait that long with a cracked and exposed tooth they told me “if I don’t want to wait that long for a new patient appointment, I should just go somewhere else” the appointment scheduler was sweet and I know she was just the messenger but I was VERY disappointed with the service I received.

These guys are amazing. I love how they line up all four of my kids and everyone is done in 30 minutes. I’m surely not the only parent who has had kids kicking and screaming because they don’t want to leave this dentist. Thank you guys!!
While visiting my parents, my 2 year old son fell down outside steps and injured a top, front tooth. Spencer and Spencer was able to see us the next day and the staff was extremely helpful. From the moment we walked in the door, they made us feel right at home. Dr. Jodie Spencer and her staff created a comfortable environment which made my son feel at ease, allowing them to examine his mouth without upsetting him. Spencer & Spencer Pediatric Dentistry is absolutely amazing. Will has always been terrified of having his teeth cleaned, and after 6 months of desensitization appointments, he was able to have all of his teeth cleaned today for the first time! If you have a kiddo with ASD who struggles with going to the dentist, I HIGHLY recommend them!
