My wife and I went for Sunday Brunch, celebrating our 26th anniversary. Everyone was very pleasant and congratulating. The food is always excellent, as is the service. Being a hospitality professional, I'm a bit critical. That said, everything was fine this time except I had to flag down another Server to find out where my drink order was. Waited about 15 minutes for it to finally arrive and it (Mexican Coffee) was lukewarm. We all have our off days however. We had a nice time and will definitely be back.
Love the restaurant, the waiters, the ambience, the food, the location, and the valet!!! It's lovely except for one thing; this huge restaurant that handles hundreds and hundreds of people and reservations has one bathroom for each gender. Seriously, it is a slap in the face to their customers to be forced to wait for 2-3 or 4 women in line to use one powder room. That goes for men and women. My reservation was for late on Sunday evening. I was alone. Although very polite and attentive, I felt my waiter was a bit pushy--in a hurry. I offered several details about my day but didn't receive much empathy or interest. He was certainly knowledgeable and informative about the menu. My meal was OUTSTANDING.
Always a family favorite. The food and service are consistently great and you can't beat the outside atmosphere. This week, we had the best table in the house next to a heater on one side and the open fire pit on the other. Such a fun place!
We celebrated my birthday last evening at Spencer's. Our service professional was Craig and he did an outstanding job!! We dined in the patio and it is a spectacular venue and quite comfortable. We had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend others to enjoy it as well.
Great place for my aunts 85th birthday. She had a great time.
One of our favorite restaurants in Palm Springs. Wonderful food, wonderful service. Lots of great memories made here!
