I took my daughter with Muscular Dystrophy in need of extreme dental care since February 2011. And i didn't hear from them till the day of treatment she recieved from another dentist in September. The other dentist got autherization that same day, they work quick. I called Dr. Spencers office several time stating that my daughter had toothaches and what happened to autherization. My daughter is a developmentally delayed young adult with autism. Her anxiety is very problematic at the dentist's. However, Dr. Spencer was very patient and calm with her. He was able to get her to open her mouth for him to examine the condition of her teeth. He recently did her dental work on an outpatient basis at a local hospital. I was very pleased with the results and his respect for my daughter.
